Rafael Julián Colás is graduated in Medicine and Surgery with qualification of Outstanding 1978 and he got an Extraordinary Bachelor's Degree 1978. DOCTORAL THESIS Outstanding "cum laude" by the University of Cantabria for study of "EPIDEMIOLOGY OF THE DAILY CRONICA CEFALEA WITH ABUSE OF ANALGESICS IN A WIDE SAMPLE OF THE GENERAL POPULATION", May 2002. Rafael is Medical of the Emergency Service of the Social Security by opposition since 1978, Official by opposition of the Faculty of Penitentiary Health in 1981. Medical Head of the Social Marine Institute in 1983. Medical Coordinator of the Santoña Health Center from 1989 to 2000. Teaching teacher of MIR of Family and Community Medicine accredited from the year 2000 to the present. Currently, he is participating in the research work, Spanish cohort study of morbi-mortality at 10 years, in Prediabetic patients, within the Network-GEDPS. PREDAPS study.
