Objetivos del proyecto

1.The desirable goal of the twinning project is to develop a concrete proposal for a pilot with the Emma platform in Cantabria. Including the finding of financial resources to implement the pilot into a concrete research proposal. 2.Know-knowledge transfer practices bidirectional. Sharing best practices in digital health facilitating the deployment of digitally-enabled innovative solutions for health and care delivery for older adults and patients with chronic diseases. 3.Improving the individualized plan of care for people with a chronic disease and general population. Planning a pilot will give both of us insight into the acceptability and the difficulties that may arise when implementing/scaling an innovation to a new region/country. 4.Network generation for future technological innovation projects in the health care area. 5.Learning about the different points of view on the specifics a platform/application should have and the ways in which our regional/national systems work.
