Objetivos del proyecto

The process of digitalization and effords of the different agents involved in the creation and development of new solutions have improved the quality of life of patients, thanks to new mechanisms of diagnosis, treatment and personalized attention. However, many of these practices are unknown to the different bodies of the EU Member States or within national health systems. As a result, the transmission of learning or experience of their use is unknown within the community. This workshop (WS) aims to align the strategies and experiences used at a regional level, generating a common knowledge and sharing and importing projects used in other regions to promote the exchange of information, awareness about TIC’s, as well as a preliminary analysis of the importation of other digitally enabled technologies from other regions, encouraging to use open standards, common agreements, to promote health, prevent and manage chronic conditions and empower people and centre care on the person.
