Objetivos del proyecto

Main Objective: Identification of phenotypes involved in the use and efficacy of PAP therapy: development of a predictive model. Secondary Objectives: • Determine the emergent CSA appearance in relation to PAP treatment. Characterize the phenotypes involved • Establish the % and profile of patients who at the first connection to the TM achieved the optimal therapeutic pressure according to Built in software (BIS) of the equipment (residual AHI <10 events/hour, with unintentional leak P95 < 24l/min if nasal mask and < percentile95 < 36l/min in full face mask, during 3 consecutive nights): Teletitration (TT) • Time to achieve the optimal therapeutic pressure described after the first connection, number of modifications required and their relationship with patient subgroups. • Variations in AHI during the first year of follow-up and their relationship with patient characteristics. • Analise clinical outcomes stratified by adherence levels. • Evaluation of the impact of long-term telemonitoring of patients with OSA: o Number of accesses made to the telemonitoring platform/year and time invested o Number of interventions related to telemonitoring findings and time spent. o Comparison on health care professional time needed for different therapy processes o Factors involved in early therapy dropout (4 weeks) and its relationship to remote monitoring data. o Study of the factors involved in long-term dropout.
