Paloma Lanza León

Paloma Lanza-León is PHD in Economics from the Universities of Cantabria, Oviedo and the Basque Country (Spain). She is a researcher at the Health Economics Research Group of the University of Cantabria and the Valdecilla Biomedical Research Institute (IDIVAL). Currently, she is hired as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Economics of the University of Cantabria, where she has developed her research career since it began in 2018. She was a visiting pre-doctoral student at City University of London (United Kingdom) in 2019. PhD. Lanza has published several peer-reviewed articles, which have been published in different journal such as The European Journal of Health Economics, Health Policy or Gaceta Sanitaria; and she has a H-index of 2 (Google Scholar). She is also a reviewer in indexed journals. Her main fields of research are focused on Public Economics, Health Economics and Public Policy Evaluation. Additionally to her research, PhD. Lanza has taught in the Degree of Business Administration, the Degree of Economics and in the Master on Management of Healthcare Services of the University of Cantabria.
