David Peña Otero is a nurse, Doctor Cum Laude and Extraordinary Award from the Complutense University of Madrid, currently working as an Advisor in the Subdirectorate of Care of the Cantabrian Health Service. Master's Degree in Health Care, Management and Care, specialized in Management and with more than 10 years of experience in Emergency and Critical Care; and in teaching -graduate and master-. He is a member of the Nursing Group of the Gregorio Marañón Health Research Institute (Madrid) and IDIVAL (Cantabria) and of the Spanish Society of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery (SEPAR).
