Currículum vitae

María Del Barrio Azaceta is graduated in Medicine from the University of the Basque Country and she is a specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Currently she is working at Valdecilla Universitary Hospital in Santander, Spain. Del Barrio`s current research is focus on rare liver diseases. Moreover, she is a collaborative partner of the ERN Rare Liver - European Reference Network on Rare Liver Disease. She has participated in numerous publications in international journals, achieving a current H-index of 6 on Scopus. Additionally, she contributed as a peer reviewer for the journal Gastroenterología y Hepatología.
