Isabel Cifrián Canales

Isabel Cifrián Canales graduated in Medicine from University of Cantabria in 2014 and specialized in General Surgery and Digestive System at Central University Hospital of Asturias. In 2020, she was a visiting surgeon in the Abdominal Surgery department at UZ Leuven, focused on IBD surgery and laparoscopic ventral rectopexy with Prof. Andrè D’Hoore. She is member of the Spanish Society of Surgeons and the Spanish Society of Coloproctology. After two years working as a colorectal surgeon in León University Hospital, she is currently a part of the colorectal surgery unit at Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital.
