PROYECTO Movilidad y formación INTERNACIONAL Subvención

Objetivos del proyecto

The purpose of Jean Monnet Network is to bring together scholars across regions, across disciplines, and across generations in order to build capacity in the study of EU Health Policy. Therefore, the objectives are (1) to better understand how health care within the EU functions; how it is changing; what challenges and opportunities it faces; and how it compares to the challenges and opportunities confronting health care systems in other federal states; (2) to develop capacity by bringing together health law specialists, social scientists, health services researchers, and policy-makers to address common problems across disciplines and regions; (3) to provide opportunities for experts across fields and jurisdictions to share best practices, to identify common policy challenges, and to strengthen institutional ties across regions; (4) to create and evaluate proposals addressing key challenges in the field of health policy within the EU and elsewhere; (5) to build capacity by training young researchers in highly technical fields; and (6) to develop innovative and comprehensive pedagogical methods and materials for the study of EU health law and policy both within the EU and internationally.
