I am currently working in the Hematological Diagnostic, Cytogenetics and Molecular Biology Unit of the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, interested in the genetic-molecular field of germinal hematological neoplasms and Multiple Myeloma. Since the beginning of my formation I have been interested in Molecular Biology and Hematological Diagnosis and that's why I actively collaborate in HEMMOL (Molecular Hematology) research group at my hospital and we have published a couple of articles in relation to the post-translational modifications in CLL. In my last year of residency I did an external stay in Valencia to learn first-hand the techniques of Optical Genome Mapping with the idea of implementing them in my hospital, as well as training in germline neoplasias. I have just finished a Master's Degree in Biostatisticsfrom the Autonomous University of Barcelona and I am about to start another one from the University of Valencia on Medical Genetics.
