At present, Luis Martín Penagos has a solid and solid track record as Nephrology specialist. He has worked in different institutions of the National Health System. Due of this, it has acquired numerous knowledge, related to the diagnosis and treatment of patients affected with various renal diseases, both in the area of ??consultation of the nephrology service, as in kidney transplant consultation and alternating this activity with the hospitalization, of which he has been responsible doctor in the periods between February and October of 2012, and between January and July of 2014. In recent years, his research activity, apart from the assistance, has focused in glomerular diseases, either primary or in the context of diseases systems, being a recurring theme in the latest publications in which I participated IgA glomerulonephritis and Schonlein-Henöch purpura, both entities grouped today as vasculitis due to IgA. Since 2013, he has contributed to the publications of several scientific articles, both in national and international journals, and also from multiplecommunications to national and international congresses
