Objetivos del proyecto

El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es la caracterización de las bases moleculares de la IgAV mediante: A- Identificación de patrones de expresión génica y perfiles de metilación específicos de la IgAV a través de la comparación de éstos en pacientes diagnosticados con dicha patología y controles sanos. B- Identificación de variantes genéticas asociadas a la IgAV que influyan en los niveles de expresión génica (eQTLs) y demetilación (MeQTLs) a través de un análisis integrador de diferentes datos "-ómicos" (genéticos, de expresión y epigenéticos).
